Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Wholesale orders are processed with 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. 

Tracking 

Free standard shipping for US and Canada. 

Track and Trace is not available for standard free shipping. To track your orders, please update shipping at checkout (Shipping cost calculated at checkout). 

Tracking number will be updated within 3 hours after package has been shipped. 

Estimated shipping times

All orders are shipped with Canada Post. 

Canada: 1-3 weeks
North America: 3-6 weeks
Europe: 3-6 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-8 weeks

 Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes
